RenalConnect is an open-source, web-based, and freely-available clinical management application developed to help physicians and other healthcare providers manage patients who are on dialysis.

Developed in British Columbia and deployed in the largest health authority in that province, RenalConnect has been instrumental in reducing complication rates among dialysis patients in several hospitals.

While RenalConnect can be freely downloaded, installed, and implemented subject to the software’s terms of use, the developers of the project also offers a hosted and supported solution that allows medical teams to use the software without having to worry about setting up and maintaining their own installation.
